PARTS:
RME previously stated that customers should not panic
regarding support or parts for the Gordon Piatt burner despite the
misinformation shared by our local competition. We advised that this
misinformation was premature and irresponsible.
Gordon Piatt (John Zink) has announced it will
continue to manufacture OEM parts for their burners for sometime to come.

Triad Helps strengthen the Economy

representative selling in Russia after completing the necessary testing required
to obtain “GOST” approval. After spending a week in Moscow last year, and having
technicians from the Russian testing agency come to the U.S. to witness certain
test firings of their boilers, they were granted the approvals. Not many US
boiler manufacturers have this, so we are excited they have obtained it.

Most
boiler efficiency curves show an increase by running in low fire. Most
high efficiency designs incorporate multiple modulating boilers.
Ask the boiler manufacturer how to control modulation
on multiple boilers! It's a question most would rather ignore!
Mestek (Mother company of RBI, Hydrotherm, and Smith
Cast Iron) has developed a full boiler system management control that is on
board all of its higher efficiency models. All boilers with this
design have the capability of simply 'daisy chaining' the boilers together
to operate on the highest level of the efficiency curve from the selected
master boiler. Once this simple connection is made (twisted pair) your
plant will be under full control and the master boiler can communicate back
to the building management control through Modbus, LonWorks, or BacNet.
Taken a step further, the system memorizes the
building conditions making it more efficient the longer it runs in the
building. Don't utilize today's boiler technology and control it with
an old fashioned 'lead/lag' panel!

RBI Fusion takes the long time durable Futera III design and adds an
efficiency package like no other copper fin manufacturer. It hold
excellent efficiencies even at 140F return temperature and can fire as high
as 99% at low temperatures. The design allows this unit to be used as
a direct water heater or in many potable water designs. Look close as
the boiler is completely packages with a full 'tub type' secondary
exchanger, pump, and temperature bypass system. Mestek hit a home run
with this RBI while others were simply sticking a small heat exchanger in
the stack!

Full HeatNet on board!
The
Futera III is a great mid to high efficiency options. They give you
the full HeatNet on board and a fully modulating design. The boiler is
rated to 88% efficiency but not truly condensing. You may mix and
match the FIII with the above boilers to create a 'Hybrid' boiler plant
maximizing the seasonal efficiency.
Available in 2000, 1750, 1500, 1250, 1000, 750, and 500 MBH sizes!
Full HeatNet on board!
NEW:
FUTERA XLF is available in 4000 and
3000 MBH. This design has nearly the same footprint as the Futera III
2000MBH! Other brands are VERY tall and would rather you ignored the
need for burner pull above the boiler!
