Provide us with the overall size, working pressure / number and size of nozzles or fittings and we can work up a quotation with that information. When ordering, please specify interior and exterior coating treatment. Currently, NST can supply glass, epoxy, rubber and galvanized interior coatings.
 

NST also offers larger volume storage tanks that are listed in specifications. Please  Request A Quote  and tell us what you're looking for.

 

We are experts in supplying custom options, so when needed please indicate the following:

  • Number of fittings or nozzles

  • Height from the floor

  • Operating pressure

  • Temperature

  • Legs may be substituted for skirts

As with Bare Tanks, for jacketed and insulated versions please provide us with the overall size, working pressure and number and size of nozzles or fittings and we can develop a quotation from that information. When ordering, please specify interior and exterior coating treatment. Available are:

STANDARD TRIM

  • Designed for storage of potable water up to 180º F (82º C). All tanks are constructed and certified – in accordance with ASME IV, Part HLW for 125 PSI (862 kPa). Glass lined steel tank - Niles Steel Tank's Ultonium™ lining is applied to the interior surface of the steel providing a tough wear resistant lining which minimizes the effects of high temperature hot water. Magnesium anode rod - for protection and longer service life. Two 3/4" Aquastat NPT fittings – Located in the lower and upper part of the tank.

  • Factory installed dielectric fittings—no dielectric fittings or unions needed.

  • Side T&P valve opening.

  • Two magnesium anode rods—for more even distribution of corrosion protection and longer service life.

  • Hand hole cleanout—for removal of accumulated lime and sediment deposits.

  • Brass drain valve.

  • 2" Non-CFC foam insulation. (JACKETED)

  • One year limited warranty on parts. (JACKETED)

  • 6" Skirt height - allows for easier access to areas under the tank. (BARE)

  • Lifting Lugs - standard. (BARE)

  • Red Oxide Primer - Shop primer is standard on all tanks. Top coat and finish coats are available. (BARE)

  • Five year limited warranty on steel tank - provides warranty protection against tank failure resulting from defects in materials and workmanship. Heavy gauge
    steel automatically formed, rolled and welded to assure a continuous seam for glass lining. Each tank is triple tested to insure quality.

  • Ten year limited warranty on steel tank (with double glass lining) – provide superior warranty protection against tank failure. Double glass lining is not an inventory item, built upon request.
