The slogan says it all!  It's easy to be a 'leader' if there are no other players in the market, but Unilux stepped up and moved the bent water tube boiler market to a new level.  For years the mark of quality in the bent tube design was simply a 'standard' but now Unilux challenges the competition to catch up to their 'standards' as a true leader and innovative manufacturer.  Still, the competition 'rests' on their reputation, while Unilux continues to move ahead and even manufacture higher quality replacement parts for their competition!  RME is proud to bring this quality product to the Northern Ohio territory and show why both RME and Unilux are the leaders in this market!

WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT UNILUX, THINK OF THE NUMBER 5 

and we don't mean square feet!:

5 pass boiler design makes Unilux more efficient than the 4 pass design others offer. Unilux offers 85% efficiency on their gas fired water boilers. The competition?  We don't know.  Their design hasn't changed, but it seems the literature has..... be safe, ask for it in writing!

7 inch thick refractory composite walls (9 in the rear) makes Unilux industrial grade compared to the 3" of fiber blanket used by others. That's even more than 5!  The back wall isn't an issue with Unilux boilers!

 5" pressure rating with Unilux compared to 2" ratings by others. A 5 year warranty for Unilux compared to a 1 year by others.  Pretty much speaks for itself!

The Unilux tube bending machinery does not wrinkle the tube or flatten the bends. That's much different then the competition! Unilux also exlusively uses tubes that are 1-1/2" diameter or larger*. We conservatively estimate chemical treatment something like 5 times easier and the likelihood of tubes plugging something like 50 times less likely.

ALL heating surfaces are able to be cleaned. This too is far superior to our competition!* Other watertube designs don't offer this access. Somewhere around 50% of the surfaces are left dirty with their designs.

Unilux boilers have tubes arranged so that the gas flow is balanced through each of the 5 gas passes. This is also a big improvement over our competition. Other designs can be prone to operational problems because gasses tend to "bunch up" toward the side of the boiler. Do you have to ask 'which' side?

Insulation:

The Unilux design with industrial grade insulating surfaces yield heat losses into the room that are about 50% less then competitive boilers. 'Single Side Tube Access?'  Well, ask yourself how you get to the other side? More important, if the heat isn't surrounded by tubes, where does the heat on the 'single side access' go????  Well we know it isn't through the 5th pass!

Replacing Tubes:

We live by the saying "Failing to plan is planning to fail" and it sounds to us like our competition may be 'planning to fail'. If the tubes don't often fail, why advertise how easy they are to replace?  Larger tubes equal less failure.  Still Unilux recognizes a market for 'replacement tubes' just not their own. Unilux manufactures superior replacement tubes you can install in our competitors boilers.  In fact, they manufacture 85 times more tubes for competitive boilers, then their own boilers!
