We have always valued educating our partners, customers, and end users.  Investing in knowledge is a profitable venture.  Knowledgeable design and operation brings our shared customers the best support, long lasting equipment, most efficient applications, and low cost reliablity.  For design engineers, it means no change orders!  For contractors it means lowest cost installation.  For our customers it means lower service cost, top support from multiple sources, and a reliablity they should expect.

Our job is to make our customer base as independent and self sufficient as possible.  Of course we are staffed to react quickly to any issue and protect our equipment, but our long term goal is always that the contractor can service and maintain the equipment, and our end users have many options for trusted and competitive services.  

To accomplish this, we must share our knowledge with every sector of the market.  As a result, we have invested in a high tech training center in our corporate offices.  Phase one included a 60 person training room complete with high end technology screens, dedicated training network server, independent WiFi, High tech audio and visual equipment, as well as all the parking needed to host substantial class sizes.  Phase II will include an equipment lab with real life boilers and components to assist us to teaching from a hands on approach.  We expect phase II to be completed by the first quarter of 2021.

Last, our reach will bring some of the best local training you can find in the Tri State area.  Independent design and application training, manufacturer direct training, specific 'how to care for' owner training, service training for our contractors, and conceptual and energy training.    For those advanced techs, we will offer in depth combustion, control, and diagnostic training.   City, School, Project managers and supervisors will benefit greatly from our code training. A high percentage of our training qualifies you for CEU's!
