This boiler unites a rock solid 88% efficient design from the Futera III and XLF boilers with an energy boosting module to also push some of the highest AHRI efficiency ratings in the world.
The gas-fired Futera Fusion™ now brings the field-proven performance of Futera III Modulation boilers and water heaters to the ultimate levels of efficiency and reliability.
This innovative design is the ideal choice for applications with low operating, return, or make-up water temperatures.
The Fusion comes in sizes from 500-2000MBH. The Fusion XLF spans 2500-5000MBH.
As a fully condensing, gas-fired boiler, the Fusion XLF features an innovative design that brings superior power and energy efficiency with premium boiler performance and serviceability, all together in an unprecedented, industry-leading, small package design. This exclusive design offers a footprint very similar to the standard Fusions. Most manufacturers elongate the heat exchanger to provide the necessary surface area for larger MBH units. This can make them as much as 10' tall requiring another 5-8' for burner pull. Not XLF... it maintains a small foot print and short cabinet design.

WATER HEATER OR BOILER:
RBI has introduced Torus water tube condensing boilers and water heaters designed to bring next level performance in a compact footprint.
Offered in sizes ranging from 1250-4000 MBH, Torus boilers are up to 97.5 percent and water heaters are up to 98 percent AHRI Certified efficient.
Torus units feature a 5:1 turndown for outstanding performance and quality in a user-friendly design. At the heart of Torus is the heat exchanger. Made from 316L Stainless Steel, Torus heat exchangers are manufactured through a process called tube hydroforming which allows the shaping of high-quality stainless steel tubes that are strong and light.
The unique 4-pass design works in concert with a multi-channel manifold and increased tube diameters resulting in ultra-high efficiency with very low pressure drop.

RBI’s FlexCore fire tube boiler with AHRI-rated efficiencies as high as 96.8 percent is manufactured to fit through a door even at 9000MBH!
The latest evolution of the FlexCore includes sizes up to 7,000, 8,000 and 9,000 MBH.
A conical-shaped tube sheet coupled with rounded rectangular fire tubes allows for even heat transfer at all levels of the heat exchanger. Heat exchanger design virtually eliminates the stresses often seen in competitive models with expansion and contraction of the heat exchanger.
HeatNet 3.0 with touch screen technology provides a control platform capable of seamlessly integrating FlexCore into any application including variable primary systems. HeatNet Online allows users the ability to change set points and trend boiler plant performance as well as receive live updates to any smart phone.
