He progressed from service technician to service manager and now leads the service, parts, and contractor side of the business from both a sales and operational perspective. Louie works closely with design-build and specifying engineers to develop, select, and coordinate mechanical equipment solutions. He assists with system design, equipment specifications, and project oversight while also supporting select contractor relationships—from early design through final equipment selection.
Nick leads Roberts Mechanical’s field technical team and is the company’s specialist for its most complex combustion systems. His expertise includes linkageless controls, dual-fuel and multi-fuel applications, forced-draft burners, and core product families such as KN, RBI, and PEP. When a difficult issue arises, Nick works directly with customers, guides other technicians, and coordinates with factory technical resources.
Don is a trusted expert in Roberts Mechanical’s core product families, including KN, RBI, and PEP. He performs commissioning and startup of this equipment and carries the core of the company’s scheduled and preventive maintenance work, helping customers keep their systems dependable, efficient, and operating properly throughout their service life.
